About BuNet AI
BuNet AI is the technology platform developed by BuNet Bilişim. It brings voice, text, enterprise knowledge, and a real-time AI Avatar into one flow for information and routing at service points. The shared orchestration layer is called AI-Core. The product names are AI Hotel Assistant, AI Garson, AI Nurse, AI Tezgahtar, and AI Santral. The platform and the products are in development and pilot use. BuNet Bilişim works in Bursa.
Technology summary
The flow is: User, Voice/Text, AI-Core, Knowledge/LLM/Agent, Reply/Avatar, Operational action, Relevant team. AI-Core is the shared orchestration layer of the products. Replies are kept to knowledge the organization selects. Diagnosis, payment approval, and academic assessment stay with the relevant human team.
