AI Nurse
What is AI Nurse?
AI Nurse is patient and visitor information software developed by BuNet Bilişim on the BuNet AI platform. It answers topics such as directions, visiting hours, and where to ask about an appointment from text the organization has approved. It does not diagnose, decide treatment, or provide emergency care. This layer is an AI-powered service architecture designed to manage real-time user interaction in hotel, restaurant, education, and healthcare institutions.
Try it liveWhat is the product?
AI Nurse is the BuNet AI product that covers repeating communication questions at a desk or waiting area. The image can be given with the AI Avatar. Knowledge comes from the Knowledge layer.
AI Nurse does not replace a physician, a nurse, or a triage role. It does not interpret symptoms.
Which problem does it address?
The desk gets busy with department location, visiting hours, and document-list questions. The product aims to take that wayfinding load. Clinical assessment stays with the healthcare team.
Who can use it?
A hospital information desk, a clinic greeting point, and a health-tourism information point. The industry frame is on the healthcare page. Emergency-department greeting is not this product’s promise.
How does it work?
A visitor or patient asks a question. AI-Core answers only from approved information text. Questions about symptoms, medicines, results, or “what should I do” are routed to the relevant team. The reply is not invented.
User experience
The screen gives short direction and process information. When a medical topic opens, the product says so and passes the person to the human team. It does not form a diagnosis sentence.
AI and voice structure
Spoken desk information stays inside the same boundary as AI Santral: information and transfer. Voice is not positioned as a clinical decision channel.
How RAG is used
Visiting hours, a department wayfinding note, and patient information text the organization has published are the context. There is no medical literature search. Detail is in the Knowledge section.
Operational process
Wayfinding questions stay with the product. Appointment changes, results, and complaints are noted to the relevant unit. Clinical staff see the record. The product does not write a treatment plan into the record.
Integration
Writing into a hospital information system is not the default. The pilot starts with information replies. Patient identity and health data are discussed only after the organization has written its own rules.
Demo and pilot
This layer is an AI-powered service architecture designed to manage real-time user interaction in hotel, restaurant, education, and healthcare institutions. A demo uses the organization’s own short knowledge set and one selected scenario. The demo scenario stays limited to directions and visiting information. There is no diagnosis demo. Scope is clarified from the contact form.
