What is AI Santral?
AI Santral is voice-routing software developed by BuNet Bilişim on the BuNet AI platform. It answers an inbound call from the organization’s text or transfers the caller to the right team. It does not replace an emergency line, a switchboard operator, or a clinical decision. This layer is an AI-powered service architecture designed to manage real-time user interaction in hotel, restaurant, education, and healthcare institutions.
What is the product?
AI Santral is the BuNet AI product for greeting and routing on the phone and other voice channels. The technology description remains on the existing Voice AI page. This page writes the product boundary.
This layer is an AI-powered service architecture designed to manage real-time user interaction in hotel, restaurant, education, and healthcare institutions. A demo uses the organization’s own short knowledge set and one selected scenario.
Which problem does it address?
The switchboard queues on hours, department, and “who should I speak to” questions. The product aims to cover those routing questions. The operator stays for exceptions and complaints.
Who can use it?
A hotel switchboard, a clinic appointment line, a restaurant reservation line, and an organization information line. Related products are AI Hotel Assistant, AI Nurse, and the education scenario.
How does it work?
The caller speaks. AI-Core separates the intent, answers an information question, or transfers to a defined extension. Speech that is not understood falls to an operator. The product does not hang up in silence.
User experience
The greeting is short and uses the organization’s own sentence. The caller hears up front that a person can take over. This page does not state a wait-time number.
AI and voice structure
Speech recognition and reply generation sit in the Voice AI layer. Detail is on the existing AI Call Center page. An outbound calling campaign is not this product page’s promise.
How RAG is used
Opening hours, a department list, and approved frequently asked questions are the context. The Knowledge layer keeps the same boundary on the phone: if it is not in the source, transfer.
Operational process
An information call that was answered can leave a note. A transferred call goes to the relevant team’s own queue. A missed-call target is not written as a number on this page; the pilot keeps its own measurement.
Integration
A connection to the existing switchboard or cloud calling system depends on the organization’s infrastructure. The number, the extension, and the recording period are written in the pilot plan. It is not called integrated before the connection exists.
Demo and pilot
This layer is an AI-powered service architecture designed to manage real-time user interaction in hotel, restaurant, education, and healthcare institutions. A demo uses the organization’s own short knowledge set and one selected scenario. The demo uses one line and a short question list. It opens from the contact form.
